The mission of the G.R.O.W.T.H. (Global Research on Working to Ameliorate Health Disparities) Research Lab is to conduct research on mental health, health behaviors, and career development in emerging adult populations. We seek to develop interventions to address disparities in health and career outcomes. Overall, the lab seeks to develop knowledge on the factors that precipitate disparities in career and health, and the ways in which these disparities can be decreased. Dr. Laura Reid Marks is the director of this lab.
